November glimpses

A glimpse of our family activities:
Hannah and friends dressed up as “little girls” for an open house at one of the girl dorms:
Marshall and Luke dressed up for “Nerd day” in the middle school:
Luke is a sixth grade student who is living with us this school year. His parents and little brother live and work in Macedonia. His two sisters are also students here at the Black Forest Academy. Here is a picture of Luke and his siblings at our house for Sunday dinner:
Marshall Turns 13!
Sue made Marshall his favorite “Italian” food for dinner (chicken cordon blue, tomatoes augraten, penne pasta with home made spaghetti sauce) and invited Marshall’s favorite BFA family, the Stemples, and Luke’s family to enjoy it with us.
Hannah, Steph, Phil, and Ben have made it a ritual to have cereal at our house after “small groups” on Wednesday evenings.
A Glimpse of our “Cross World” family here at BFA: Joe and Susie Stebner, Ken and Betsie Salt, Cathy Schmidt and her son Jonathan, Janice and Brad Winslow, the Kummer clan, and Lee Freece.
